Hi Sherry,
Solstice BioSpa Website Redesign Proposal

Building the next version of Solstice BioSpa with a clearer, stronger and more refined digital experience.

We can redesign the current Solstice BioSpa website in Wix Editor while keeping the depth of the existing business intact. We will give the main pages a consistent visual direction, improve the way visitors move between experiences and bookings, refine the supporting Wix systems, and complete the project with responsive testing, SEO migration and a practical handover.

What we will do

A complete redesign with the existing business, content and functionality in mind.

We will not treat this as a template replacement. We can keep what is valuable, reorganize what needs more clarity, and build a consistent design system that works across the full website. The goal is to make Solstice easier to explore while giving you a site that is also easier to manage after handover.

Redesign in Figma first

We will establish the visual direction, page hierarchy, reusable components and responsive design approach before moving into Wix. This gives us a clear design standard for the full build.

Implement in Wix Editor

Once the direction is approved, we will implement the redesign directly in the existing Wix Editor environment and work through the main pages and connected Wix systems.

Improve visitor journeys

We will make the pathways between experiences, retreats, programs, rooms, venues, pricing, inquiries and booking more intentional so visitors always have a clear next step.

Refine mobile experience

We will separately review mobile layouts, menus, spacing, imagery, cards, forms and calls to action instead of simply shrinking the desktop design.

Protect search continuity

We will review existing URLs and search-relevant content before migration, then handle on-page SEO, internal linking and redirects where required.

Prepare for ongoing management

We will keep recurring content and Wix systems organized so future changes are practical, and provide Loom walkthroughs for the areas you will manage after launch.

Main website scope

33 main pages included in the redesign.

These pages make up the primary Solstice website experience. We will bring them under one design system while still allowing each page to serve its own purpose.

Additional Wix pages & systems

The supporting pages will be handled as connected systems rather than ignored after the main redesign.

Alongside the 33 main pages, the site includes Wix-generated and system-driven areas. We can customize and align these within the design controls Wix provides so the experience remains consistent.

2 Popups

We will restyle and refine the two popup experiences so their layout, typography, imagery and calls to action match the redesigned website.

Booking Pages

The four booking pages will be treated as one booking system for scope. We will configure the primary experience and customize the related booking views where Wix allows.

Cart & Thank You

The four commerce-related views will be treated as one customer journey. We will align the main cart/confirmation experience and customize the supporting views within Wix controls.

Members Area

The five member pages will be treated as one connected Members Area. We will align the available layouts and styling with the redesigned site.

Store Pages

We will refine the Store experience and its presentation so product discovery and the transition into cart feel consistent with the rest of Solstice.

Blog Pages

We will redesign the Blog experience and reusable article presentation for stronger readability, visual consistency and content discovery.

Pricing Plans

We will align the Pricing Plans experience with the new design and connect it clearly to the relevant services, packages or membership pathways.

Responsive throughout: the agreed redesign will be checked across desktop and mobile, including navigation, page layouts, Wix system pages, forms, buttons, media and key booking/inquiry pathways.
Design & UX standards

We will give the website a professional system that can scale across all of these pages.

Brand-led visual direction

We will use the existing Solstice identity as the foundation and create a consistent approach to typography, spacing, imagery, buttons, cards, section backgrounds and calls to action.

Navigation & hierarchy

We will refine the desktop and mobile navigation and make the relationship between major areas clearer, including BioSpa experiences, retreats, programs, venues, stays, information and booking.

Hover, animation & sliders

Cards and buttons will include refined hover states. We can use subtle scroll animation and sliders or galleries where they improve storytelling, while keeping performance and readability in mind.

Forms & conversion paths

We will make booking and inquiry actions clear on the pages where they matter and improve the transition from reading about an experience to taking the next step.

Content presentation

Longer wellness, science and retreat content will be broken into readable sections with better visual rhythm, supporting media and stronger heading hierarchy.

Consistency & maintainability

Reusable patterns will reduce unnecessary design variation, making the website feel more polished and making future updates easier to keep on-brand.

SEO & migration

We will build a practical SEO foundation into the redesign and protect search continuity during migration.

The project includes basic SEO work for the redesigned website alongside the migration process. We will research the search landscape, optimize the main on-page elements, strengthen the site structure and complete the technical checks needed for a cleaner launch. This is a launch-focused SEO foundation rather than an ongoing monthly SEO campaign.

Keyword Research

We will research relevant primary, secondary, local and service-focused keywords to guide page targeting, headings, metadata and internal content structure.

Competitor Analysis

We will review relevant search competitors to understand their keyword targeting, page structure, content approach and visible SEO opportunities that can inform the new website.

Meta Titles & Descriptions

We will optimize meta titles and descriptions for the important website pages around relevant search intent while keeping them natural, accurate and click-friendly.

Heading Structure & Internal Linking

We will organize H1, H2 and H3 headings with a clear hierarchy and strengthen internal linking between relevant services, experiences, programs, booking paths and supporting pages.

Image Alt Text

We will add descriptive alt text to key website images to improve accessibility and give search engines clearer context about important visual content.

Foundational Backlinks & Citations

We will complete a limited foundational backlink and citation setup through relevant business, profile or citation opportunities where appropriate. This does not include an ongoing monthly link-building campaign.

URL & Redirect Planning

We will review old and new URL paths and configure appropriate 301 redirects when URLs need to change, helping prevent unnecessary 404s and preserve search signals as much as possible.

Crawl, Indexing & Final SEO QA

We will review sitemap, robots directives, crawlability, indexing fundamentals, metadata, internal links and redirect behavior before handover so the site is not launched with avoidable SEO issues.

Project investment

Total investment: $2,800

The project is divided into three milestones so the design direction can be approved first, the Wix implementation can then be completed against that direction, and the final stage can focus on SEO, launch checks and handover.

Milestone 1 ยท 50%$1,400Figma Design & UX10โ€“14 business days
Milestone 2 ยท 25%$700Wix Editor Implementation15โ€“18 business days
Milestone 3 ยท 25%$700SEO, Launch & Handover5โ€“7 business days
Estimated project timeline: approximately 6โ€“8 weeks. The milestones are coordinated and can overlap rather than running strictly one after another. Once the homepage design direction is approved, we can begin implementing approved sections in Wix while the remaining design work continues. This timeline assumes timely feedback and approvals; significant new functionality or scope additions may require additional time.
How the project will be delivered

Three milestones, each with a clear outcome.

1

Figma Design & UX 10โ€“14 business days

We will first establish and approve the design direction before making large-scale changes in Wix.

  • Site structure and navigation direction
  • Visual design system and reusable components
  • Key page designs and repeatable page patterns
  • Desktop and mobile design direction
  • CTA, booking and inquiry pathways
  • Design review and agreed revisions
How we keep momentum: once you approve the homepage design direction, we can begin implementing the approved design in Wix Editor while the remaining Figma page patterns are being finalized. This means the milestone timelines can overlap instead of waiting for one full stage to finish before the next begins.
2

Wix Editor Implementation 15โ€“18 business days

We will translate each approved design direction into the working website and align the supporting Wix experiences.

  • 33 main pages redesigned and implemented
  • 2 popups aligned with the new design
  • Booking, Cart/Thank You, Members Area, Store, Blog and Pricing Plans refined within Wix controls
  • Hover effects, subtle animation and sliders/galleries where suitable
  • Forms, buttons, navigation and conversion pathways connected
  • Desktop, tablet and mobile responsiveness review
Work continues in parallel: as approved pages are completed in Wix, we can begin responsive review, link checks and SEO preparation on those finished areas instead of holding everything until all 33 pages are complete.
3

SEO, Launch & Handover 5โ€“7 business days

We will complete the project with the SEO foundation, launch checks and practical handover needed for a professional transition.

  • Keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Meta title and meta description optimization
  • H1, H2 and H3 heading structure optimization
  • Image alt text and internal linking optimization
  • Limited foundational backlink and citation setup
  • URL and 301 redirect review
  • Sitemap, crawl and indexing checks
  • Internal link, form, booking-path and responsive final QA
  • Custom Loom walkthrough videos
  • 30 days of post-project support
Final-stage efficiency: SEO optimization and quality checks can begin on completed pages during implementation. This milestone includes the final site-wide review, launch checks and handover once the full website is ready.
Handover & post-project support

You will have a clear way to manage the website after launch.

We will provide practical Loom walkthroughs for the areas you are most likely to update, including relevant content, images and Wix systems. After launch, 30 days of support will be included for fixes and adjustments related to the completed work, such as responsive behavior, links, layout issues and launch-related corrections.

If completely new functionality, new page groups or major additions are introduced outside the agreed scope, we can review those separately before implementation.
